ℹ️ So we are going to a Keto Vegan BBQ in Portugal! For those of you that have no clue what that means, Ketogenic and Vegan diets are both very challenging and don't co-exist well together. Keto can use a lot of meat and dairy, Vegans don't eat ANY meat or Dairy so we have to come up with a recipe that both Vegans and those on a Ketogenic diet can eat.
Today we have to go the store to get some special ingredients to see if we can bake something special for the BBQ tomorrow. In the process J discovers a pretty amazing Keto Vegan Brownie recipe that only uses 4 ingredients and might just crush this food challenge we are facing!
